Though there are other skill guides they have become obsolete with changes and updates so here is my personal guide. I will update as I can and correct the mistakes I am sure to make.

Active Skills

Double Slash
A skill which enables you to strike twice at the enemy. You get this skill at level 1.
This skill has 5 levels. Get it. Its a strong opener or closer as you level from at least 1-10. You really cant not get this skill and expect to be able to kill much of anything easily or quickly. 5 Star Rating.

War Cry
This skill is a battle shout that lasts 600 seconds or 10 minutes. I believe you get this skill at level 3. It raises your attack power by a certain percentage while lowering both your physical and magical defense by half of that percentage. Basically if your Attack is up by 50% your defenses are down by 25%. I have tested this and it most certainly works. Not sure if they percentages are necessarily correct but it works. 5 Star Rating.

Shock Wave
I believe you get this skill at level 5 or so. Have yet to test this skill out though I cant see a reason to get it. It appears to be a long distance ground slash a la the monks move from FF Tactics. It has a range of 4 times the distance of any other Hwarang skill. The thing is, the Hwarang is a close combat fighter so a long distance skill is kinda pointless. I could see this being worthwhile as a pulling skill but frankly skill points are precious and you cant afford to waste them. If someone actually tests this skill out I'd love to see it. It's possible that this skill can be used to line up mobs and take them all down, in a pseudo AOE effect but its description seems to imply you have to target a mob and even so its a rather weak skill either way. 1 Star Rating.

Vampire Kiss
This skill is given to you around level 6 or so. Its a close range combat skill and the second worthwhile attack skill. It takes a certain percentage of the damage you did to the mob and returns it to you as health. It also appears to have 5 levels and seems to get back 10-20 percent of your health at level 10. Obviously if you have a lot of health+ gear, this might not be as important to you, but if you dont this could be better than a medium pot once every other battle. Its cooldown time seems to be about 3 times as long as Double Slash but in a game where health is dear this skill can not be ignored for solo play. On the flip side in dungeon or party play its questionable because you should have a healer with you. Still unless made worthless by subsequent skills you should put points in this one. Its questionable usage later in the game and party play knocks this one down only one star. 4 Star Rating.

Passive Skills

Your first two passive skills will be your horoscope animal and the season that you pick.

The second two passive skills come at level 10.

Health & Mana Up

Essentially the same skill these two passive skills raise your health and mana up by 3% percent respecitively. If it follows the path set by the active skills this should cap off at 15% each after 5 points. Now I'm going to use my character as an example. I have something around 1000 hp and 400mp at level 10. With pretty good equipment. I could add a few scrolls to each armor but its unlikely most anyone is going to have much better equipment without help from a higher level friend. 150 health and 60 mp is nice but the fact of the matter is its possible to get that much out of two perhaps even one piece of equipment. I can't advise spending 5 to 10 points of skill on something like that. I can see this being a worthwhile skill after you've finished putting points in all your active skills, and a few of the damage passive skills, but at level 10 you're better off waiting for better uses. Because of its perceived worth in endgame tweaking, I'll put this up two points, but with a large caveat. 3 Star Rating.

heya kohearts.
i been hopin someone would make a guide thats for the version right now^^
i really liked it and it sorta help lol and i hope you update this alot when you reach a high lvl like lvl 23 xD

Aye Vampire kiss should be 5 Star >> cause if you solo alot...this skill helps ALOT!! and can become a main skill to use :P I know I used it alot when I played...and I mean alot

Cooldown: something like 2-3min :!:
A desperate blow Causing up to(1-5lvl) 140%-180%-220%-260%-300% damage, but lowers your weapon's Durability by 10% :!: :!: :!: due to the stress.

imo useless ability..xD

you should add the hp buff skill you get at level 13
every time you level it it adds 5% more hp you can get and is a group buff. Personally I choose to get it over a permanent hp increase =D
