Preface: Decided to make an (Unofficial) Official Skill List for the Mage Class, similar to that of Nirenea's Cleric Skill List, Note the similar layout :3

Magic Missile
level: 1
spell time: 2.5
range:15.0m
target: Monster
(skill level 1-2-3-4-5)
A Long range attack with a magic missle, causing up to 130%-160%-190%-220%-250% Magic damage

Focus
level: 1
spell time: 2.0
target: Self
Magical Damage increases 12%-24%-36%-48%-60%, Magical and Physical Defense decrease 6%-12%-18%-24%-30% for 600 seconds

Icy Glare
level: 3
range:15.0m
target: Monster
A focused glare causing fear in the enemy resulting in a 10%-20%-30%-40%-50% speed reduction

Vampire Bite
level: 8
range: 8.0m
target: Monster
Drains 175% from an enemy and adds it to yourself
Skill description does not reflect actual damage and hitpoints received

Mana Aura
level: 13
spell time: 8.0
target: Monster
All party members increase maximum MP by 5%-%-%-%-% for 600 seconds

Mana Drain
level: 18
range:10.0m
target: any player
Drains 150% HP from an enemy, converts it to MP and adds it to yourself
Same with Vampire Bite, desc and actual mana drainage do not coincide

Mana Crush
level: 23
range: 6.0m
target: Monster
Lower the Magic Defense of an enemy by 6%-12%-18%-24%-30% for 30 seconds

Mana Charge
level: 28
spell time: 1.5
range: 10.0m
target: Party Member
Sacrifice 20% MP and give 15%-30%-45%-60%-75% of that to a party member

Meteor Strike
level: 33
spell time: 5.0
range: 8m
target: Area of Effect
A called meteor causes 135%-170%-205%-240%-275% damage to all enemies within a target area

Arcane Intelect
level: 38
target: self
cool time: 10mins
increase your casting speed by 25% for 150 seconds

Hey Applecore is there any chance you can update your skill list with the last two skills? Does Arcane Intellect only have 1 skill level, or is only 1 skill point necessary?

Is Meteor Strike a worthwhile offensive skill, or is it not offensive at all?

Done, Arcane intellect has only one skill point and meteor strike is users preference. It is the only AOE attack skill you will get (so far). You can also replace it with mana crush, to deal more damage.
